FAQ
I. What are your setup requirements?
A nearby power outlet and an 8 ft. x8 ft. space is all we need. We arrive 1 hour prior to the event to setup. However, we can arrange an earlier setup upon request.
II. Can i personalize the print layout design?
Of course, we would work together, and you could send us a logo to add or design you've seen and would like for us to follow. We will get in touch with you 2 weeks before the event if you haven't contacted us yet.
III. Is an attendee available during the event?
We ensure that each event runs smoothly by providing an on-site attendee that will be present during the event.
IV. Are there any additional charges for travel or delivery?
We offer our services in the greater Montreal region and the surroundings up to 50km. If your event is outside this perimeter, don't hesitate to still reach us and with a small extra fee we will be happy to be there for you.
V. Will i be getting all the photos digitally?
Absolutely! we will send you a link within 48h to an online gallery, where you will be able to view, share and download all the pictures.
